Shipping Methods and Costsā

We offer 1-3 business day shipping via private courier as our standard option on all merchandise orders. Our standard shipping fees are applied to all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Due to high demand, tresbellecosmetique.com orders may experience some delays. Please check your order and post-purchase notifications (email or mobile messages) for the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment.

Note: The courier service operates on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Your order may arrive at any time of day on a weekday except where particular days have been identified for delivery.
āPickup Optionā

You may opt to "Pick up" your order at our Chaguanas location. This service is available for the collection of confirmed and processed orders ONLY! Pick-up hours are weekly between 10 am and 5:30 pm. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification (email or mobile messages) with all the necessary information.

Shipping to Multiple Addressesā

We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Modification of Ordersā

Before placing your order, you can review the contents and total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at tres.belle.cosmetique@gmail.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after you have received a shipping confirmation notification.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Based on the time you placed your order, it may be processed the following business day after the cut-off time. Packages do not ship on weekends or holidays, including:
