  • Where is Tresbelle Cosmetique Located?
    We do not have a storefront or a showroom where customers can come and pick up products. We apologize for this inconvenience. All orders must be placed online and will be shipped out.
  • Do you offer Coupons/Samples or Promotions?
    We do not have coupons, or samples available for general distribution. However, there are often items offered on discount. We hope you will have the opportunity to take advantage of these discounts. You can receive updates on current products and any existing discounted item by imputting your email and clicking on the "Join" button.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    Yes, our minimum order amount is $150.

  • What if and item is unaveilable?
    While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice.
  • How do I modify or cancel my order?
    We understand that plans change. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please notify us by email at tres.belle.cosmetique@gmail.com within 3 hours of submitting your order. Please include the following details: Your Name, Your Order Number, your reason for cancellation and your Payment Method. We cannot cancel or modify an order after it has been processed and transferred to the courier service for delivery.
  • Can I purchase a gift card?
    Yes. Gift Cards are available for purchase online.
  • Are these products authentic?
    All goods sold by Tresbelle Cosmetique are 100% genuine and in the original manufacturer's packaging unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

    We'd love to do your makeup! Appointments are booked by our MUA so call directly for scheduling and costs.
